ABU DHABI, 1st March / WAM / Abu Dhabi Airports announced that the competent authorities in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi dealt with an incident resulting from the interception of a drone that targeted Zayed International Airport, resulting in the fall of shrapnel, resulting in one death of a person of Asian nationality, in addition to 7 injuries.

Abu Dhabi Airports called on the public not to circulate rumors or inaccurate information, stressing the need to obtain news from official sources only, and said that any developments will be published as soon as they are received.
