This performance was reflected in a decrease in earnings per share, as it reached 3.30 riyals during the year 2025 AD, compared to 5.18 riyals in the previous year, representing a decrease of 36.4%.
The total profit also reached 716.3 million riyals during the year 2025 AD, compared to 911.8 million riyals in the previous year, representing a decrease of 21.4%.

Operating profit amounted to 322.7 million riyals during the year 2025 AD, compared to 566.1 million riyals in the previous year, representing a decrease of 43.0%.
Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization amounted to 438.5 million riyals during the year 2025 AD, compared to 647.2 million riyals in the previous year, representing a decrease of 32.2%.
Distribution Dividends
The Board of Directors of Saudi Tadawul Holding Group recommended, yesterday, the distribution of cash dividends to shareholders for the fiscal year 2025.
The company said: The total amount distributed is 276 million riyals, while the number of shares entitled to dividends is 120 million shares.
It added that the share of the distribution is 2.30 riyals per share, while the distribution ratio to the nominal value of the share is 23%.
