"Civil aviation" It announces the start of exceptional flights at the country’s airports… and stresses the necessity of communicating with airline companies before heading to the airport

Abu Dhabi, 2 March / WAM / The General Civil Aviation Authority announced the start of operating exceptional flights at the country’s airports, with the aim of leaving stranded passengers affected by the events that took place in the region, according to the schedules that the airlines will announce to the affected passengers and the destinations concerned.

The Authority calls on passengers whose flights have been affected not to go to airports until they are contacted and informed of flight times and details by airline companies, in order to avoid crowding and ensure the smoothness of procedures.

The Authority appreciates the cooperation of travelers, stressing that adherence to the issued instructions contributes mainly to facilitating procedures and ensuring regular operational movement.
