Do not postpone exams. Parents and students must ensure accuracy and obtain information from official sources

The Minister of Education, Sarah bint Youssef Al Amiri, confirmed that what is being circulated regarding the postponement of exams is incorrect, stressing that the educational process is proceeding according to the approved plans, and that none of the exams have been postponed so far. She called on students and parents to be accurate and obtain information from official sources approved by the ministry or schools, and not to be led by rumors or unreliable news that may cause confusion and anxiety within the educational community.
Al Amiri explained that the Ministry of Education is keen to maintain continuous and transparent communication with the educational field, and to inform students and parents of any developments related to tests or education mechanisms through official channels only, ensuring clarity of procedures and stability of the educational process.
In a related context, the Minister of Education appreciated the pivotal role played by parents in supporting their children during the distance education period, stressing that the success of the educational process depends primarily on the integration between the efforts of the school and the family, especially for students in the early stages of education.
She stressed the importance of maintaining an organized daily routine for students that includes fixed times for waking up and sleeping, in addition to providing a quiet home environment that helps with concentration and academic achievement.
She stressed the need to regularly monitor students’ attendance at classes, and ensure that they complete the required educational tasks and assignments at the specified times, which contributes to the continuity of learning and achieving the best educational results.
Sarah Al Amiri confirmed her statements to Abu Dhabi TV that close cooperation between the family and educational institutions represents the basic foundation for ensuring the sustainability and quality of education, and enhancing students’ readiness to continue their educational journey with confidence and stability.
