UAE: The Abu Dhabi Securities Market will return to work starting tomorrow, Wednesday

The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange Group in the United Arab Emirates announced the return of market work and the resumption of trading and settlement operations and related market activities tomorrow, Wednesday, March 4.

This decision comes following the announcement issued by the UAE Capital Market Authority and its directives to resume capital market operations in the country.

The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange Group confirmed in a statement today its operational and supervisory readiness for the opening of the market, through its approved systems for trading, clearing, settlement and supervision, in a way that ensures an organized and effective market and enhances the efficiency of work mechanisms.

As part of measures to manage expected price fluctuations, the market will temporarily adjust the minimum price change for listed securities to -5%.

The market indicated that it will continue to closely monitor trading conditions, stressing its commitment to maintaining the integrity and stability of the market, and enhancing its operational and supervisory flexibility.

He also called on the investor community to rely on official disclosures and information issued by companies and the market when making investment decisions.
