Saudi Arabia renews its condemnation of Iranian attacks against the Gulf Cooperation Council countries and Arab and Islamic countries

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has renewed its categorical condemnation of the sinful Iranian attacks against the Kingdom, the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, and a number of Arab, Islamic and friendly countries, which cannot be accepted or justified in any way.
In a statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and reported by the Saudi Press Agency, the Kingdom affirmed its full right to take all measures to ensure the protection of its security, sovereignty, and safety of citizens and residents, and to deter aggression.
She added that attacking civilian objects, airports and oil installations only indicates an insistence on threatening security and stability and a blatant violation of international conventions and international law.
Regarding the call of the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, in which he made it clear that they had no plans to attack neighboring countries and that a decision had been taken to do so by the Leadership Council, the Kingdom confirms that the Iranian side did not implement that call on the ground, whether during or after the Iranian President delivered his speech, and continued its attacks based on flimsy arguments that are not based on any truth, including allegations that the Kingdom has previously clarified as untrue, which are related to the launch of fighter planes and refueling planes from the Kingdom to participate in the war, while in reality those planes are patrolling. Air force to monitor and protect the airspace of the Kingdom and the Gulf Cooperation Council countries from Iranian missiles and drones.
The Kingdom stressed that the continued Iranian attacks mean further escalation and that this will have a significant impact on relations now and in the future. We stress that what Iran is currently doing towards our countries does not outweigh the wisdom and interest in avoiding expanding the circle of escalation in which it will be the biggest loser.
