المملكة: The Prophet’s Mosque is preparing services to receive 3,200 men and women retreating during the last ten days


The General Authority was prepared to take care of the affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque An integrated system of services for those in seclusion in the Prophet’s Mosque during the last ten days of the blessed month of Ramadan this year, providing them with a faith environment full of tranquility and reassurance that will help them devote themselves to worship and perform the ritual of seclusion with ease and reassurance.

Preparing sites for men and women

The authority announced its readiness to receive 3,200 male and female secluded secluded people, including 2,400 men. Men and 800 women, where Itikaf sites for men on the eastern roof of the Prophet’s Mosque, while retreat sites for women were allocated in the eastern expansion, within an organization that takes into account ease of access and flow of movement within the designated sites.

The retreat sites were equipped with four main halls containing 48 sections, with a special locker provided for each retreat to store luggage and personal supplies, in addition to creating suitable spaces for each retreat to ensure comfort during performance. Medical care and ambulance, ports for charging mobile devices, and laundry service, in addition to providing each retreat with a bag containing personal care tools and rest and sleeping supplies.

These efforts come within the system of services provided by the General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque for the comfort of the guests of God and visitors to the Prophet’s Mosque, and to enable those in retreat to perform their worship in a safe atmosphere. And tranquility and reverence during the last ten days of the blessed month of Ramadan.
