Paris Saint-Germain achieved clear superiority in the first leg of the round of 16 of the Champions League, after substitute Hvicha Kvaratskhelia excelled and led the defending champion to a thrilling 5-2 victory over Chelsea at the Parc des Princes stadium on Wednesday.
