“Noble Number” Charity Auction for 2026 raises 119.4 million dirhams in Abu Dhabi

The Integrated Transport Center, affiliated with the Department of Municipalities and Transport, announced that the “Noble Numbers” charity electronic auction for distinctive vehicle plates, which it organized in cooperation with “Emirates Auctions”, and concluded on March 9, 2026, raised 119.4 million dirhams in Abu Dhabi, in support of both the “Mother of the Emirates Endowment for Orphans” campaign, which aims to provide a sustainable source of funding to care for orphans and ensure a more stable future for them, and the “End of Life” campaign to save 5 million children die of starvation.
The auction witnessed the display of 555 distinctive plates, which included private vehicle plates, motorcycle plates, and classic vehicle plates, most notably 11 from Class 21, 23 from Class 2, and 50 from Class 1. It also received wide participation from various economic sectors, charitable work and public benefit institutions, as well as those with generous hands, which reflects the positive interaction with humanitarian initiatives and confirms the continuation of the culture of giving in Emirati society.
The proceeds from the auction will be allocated entirely to support the “Umm Al Emarat Endowment for Orphans” and “Had Al Hayat” campaigns. The “Mother of the Emirates Endowment for Orphans” campaign, launched by the Endowments and Minors’ Funds Management Authority – Abu Dhabi Endowments, comes under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, with the aim of providing a sustainable source of funding for the care of orphans and ensuring a more stable future for them. His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, “may God protect him,” also launched the “End of Life” campaign to raise at least one billion dirhams to be invested in fighting hunger around the world, contributing to saving 5 million children from starvation.
Muhammad Ali Al-Sharafa, Head of the Department of Municipalities and Transport, stressed that the large turnout for the “Noble Number” auction reflects the authenticity of the UAE society and the entrenchment of the culture of giving in it, indicating that the proceeds of the auction will contribute to supporting the efforts of the two campaigns and achieving their noble humanitarian goals.
He said: “These initiatives embody the vision of our wise leadership in consolidating the values of solidarity and compassion and enhancing the UAE’s position in supporting humanitarian initiatives, by directing resources to support the most needy groups, whether through caring for orphans or saving children from the danger of hunger and malnutrition.”
For his part, Dr. Abdullah Hamad Al-Ghafli, Acting Director General of the Integrated Transport Center, confirmed that organizing the auction is part of the Center’s community initiatives aimed at supporting humanitarian causes with a sustainable impact.
He said: “We value the wide participation witnessed in the auction, which contributed to achieving a large outcome that will reflect positively on the lives of thousands of beneficiaries. We believe that the integration of efforts between the government and private sectors enhances our ability to make a positive and sustainable impact in the communities most in need.”
For his part, Abdullah Matar Al Mannai, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of Emirates Auction Company, expressed his happiness with the remarkable success achieved by the “Noble Numbers” charity auction for the year 2026, stressing that the large turnout and wide participation from various segments of society embody the spirit of giving and solidarity that characterizes the society of the UAE, noting that the auction formed a real platform to support noble human values, by directing the proceeds to support the “Mother of the Emirates Endowment for Orphans” and “Had Al Hayat” campaigns, including It contributes to improving the lives of thousands of children and those in need, stressing Emirates Auction’s commitment to continuing to support all humanitarian and community initiatives that leave a positive, sustainable impact on society, based on the company’s social responsibility in promoting a culture of giving, and providing real opportunities to make a tangible difference in the lives of the most needy groups.
The organization of this auction comes within the framework of the Integrated Transport Center’s efforts to support humanitarian initiatives, as an extension of the successes achieved by the “Noble Number” auctions over the past years, which contributed to supporting many charitable initiatives and consolidating the culture of giving in the UAE community.
