Das Island records the highest rainfall in the country with 47.9 mm

Abu Dhabi, March 25 / WAM / Yesterday, Tuesday, various areas of the country recorded varying amounts of rain, as they were affected by a weather condition characterized by active cumulonimbus clouds and rainfall in a number of areas.

The National Center of Meteorology stated that Das Island in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi topped the list of highest rainfall amounts recorded with 47.9 mm, followed by Dinah Island in the Al Dhafra Region with an amount of 39.7 mm, then Mount Mubarrah in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah with 33.3 mm.

Mount Yannis in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah recorded an amount of rain amounting to 31.6 mm, while the Abu Dhabi Corniche region came fifth with 28.3 mm, among the areas that witnessed the highest amounts of precipitation.
