Do not tolerate those who recruit domestic workers without a license

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation has confirmed that it will not tolerate any entity that practices the activity of recruiting domestic workers without obtaining the necessary licenses.

The Ministry said in a blog post on its account on the “X” platform today, that it will take legal, administrative and financial measures against violators, including closure and referral to the competent judicial authorities, in accordance with applicable legislation.

She called for dealing exclusively with licensed and accredited offices in the country, and verifying the reliability of any party before completing the contract through the available official channels.
