A fire broke out near Mashhad Airport in northeastern Iran

A fire broke out Thursday near in northeastern Iran after a fuel tank was hit by a projectile, according to media reports.
Mehr News Agency quoted the office of the governor of Khorasan Razavi, northeastern Iran, as saying that there were no reports of injuries and that operations to extinguish the fire were underway.
Repercussions of the Iran War
The two largest steel factories in Iran were out of service, as a result of a series of US and Israeli strikes, according to what the two companies reported on Thursday.
