المملكة: 109 thousand beneficiaries of women’s programs and services at the Grand Mosque


The Presidency of Religious Affairs provided and the Prophet’s Mosque are an integrated system of programs and services for women in Last March, more than (109,363) beneficiaries benefited from it.

This comes within its ongoing efforts to enrich the faith experience of female pilgrims, and enhance the religious and cognitive awareness of female visitors to the Holy Mosque.

Women’s services in the Holy Mosque

The services included , from which (59,569) female beneficiaries benefited, in addition to the Holy Qur’an circles, from which the number of female beneficiaries reached (34,260) beneficiaries, as part of educational programs that seek to consolidate Qur’anic values and strengthen the connection with the Book of God Almighty.

The number of female beneficiaries also reached (21,936) beneficiaries, presented by an elite group of specialists in the legal sciences, while (3,148) beneficiaries benefited from the service of answering legal inquiries through direct guidance platforms inside the Grand Mosque.

Volunteer Work

In addition to volunteer work, women’s programs attracted (8,327) beneficiaries within the volunteer initiatives, which contribute to supporting the system of services provided to female pilgrims, and enhancing the values of giving and community participation.

These efforts come within the mission of the Presidency of Religious Affairs aimed at providing scientific, awareness and guidance programmes. Integrated, in a way that enhances the devotional atmosphere inside the Grand Mosque, and enables female worshipers to perform their worship in an organized faith environment, which reflects the care and concern the Kingdom attaches to the Two Holy Mosques and their visitors.
