As part of its efforts to build specialized national cadres, the Association launched the National Initiative to qualify police cadres in the field of intellectual property rights enforcement, in cooperation with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), which resulted in the graduation of 25 police officers from various police leadership at the state level, representing all the emirates of the country, to be the nucleus of specialized teams in combating intellectual property rights violations.

It organized conferences and forums that discussed intellectual property issues and reviewed the challenges associated with protecting intellectual rights in light of technical developments.
