المملكة: “11 stages” for evaluating teachers’ job performance… results in June and resolution of grievances in July


The Ministry adopted Education, a road map consisting of “11 stages” for evaluating the job performance of Occupants of educational positions for the year 1447/1448 AH, starting on April 19 and ending with grievance decisions, to ensure the highest standards of transparency and professional justice.

The Ministry revealed that the new evaluation system begins with the “self-evaluation” phase, which lasts for one week in the period between April 19 and 23, 2026.

It explained that this organizational step gives educational staff a fundamental opportunity to participate The procedures indicated that two full weeks were allocated to evaluate the “direct manager” as a cornerstone dedicated to monitoring field achievements with extreme accuracy.

The date for publishing the results

She indicated that the evaluation cycle would then be transferred to the approved director, in preparation for the final closure of the system at the end of next May.

Education set the fourth of June 2026 as a crucial date for publishing the official results via Its approved platforms for all those included in the regulatory decision.

It confirmed that the door to receiving objections will be open for two consecutive weeks immediately after the announcement of the results, to ensure that male and female teachers are given sufficient time to submit the necessary defenses and documents.

The instructions pointed to the obligation of principals to submit their statements to review the grievance requests, and to fully match them with the professional and practical reality observed throughout the academic year.

It stressed the referral of pending files to the grievance committees in the education departments. And the main committee, to conduct a thorough field examination that will take 4 consecutive weeks.

The Ministry announced the date of closing the curtain on the work of the main committees and adopting the final recommendations on July 23, 2026.

It confirmed that all functional performance files will be closed before the start of the new academic year, while providing direct electronic channels to support technical inquiries.
