المملكة: "Interior"A fine of 100,000 riyals for those who shelter holders of visit visas in Mecca
Confirmed Visit visasof all types in any place designated for housing (hotels, apartments, private housing, shelters, pilgrims’ housing sites, etc.), or covering for them, or providing them with any assistance that leads to them remaining in the city Mecca Al-Mukarramah and the holy sites starting from the (first) day of the month of Dhul-Qi’dah until the end of the (14th) day of the month of Dhul-Hijjah.
The fines will multiply according to the number of violating persons who are being accommodated, concealed, or provided with assistance.
The Ministry called on everyone to adhere to the instructions regulating the Hajj season this year (1447 AH) and to cooperate with the competent authorities to achieve the security and safety of the guests of God. Violating these instructions exposes the perpetrators to statutory penalties.
It called for the initiative to report violators via the number (911) in the regions of Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Medina, Riyadh, and Al-Sharqiyah, and the number (999) in the rest of the regions of the Kingdom.
