Ras Al Khaimah Club for People of Determination introduces 4 sports and launches a modern padel court
Ras Al Khaimah, May 23 / WAM / The Ras Al Khaimah Club for People of Determination announced the expansion of its sports system by adding 4 new sports, including padel, golf, chess and modern games, in addition to the opening of a modern padel court in accordance with the highest technical specifications and international standards.
Her Excellency Sumaya Al Suwaidi, Member of the Federal National Council and Director General of the Club, confirmed that the step represents a qualitative leap and strategic expansion in the club’s sports system, with the support of His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, and within the state’s directives to empower people of determination and promote comprehensive inclusion.
She explained that the number of specialized games approved by the club has risen to 17 games, including group, skill and recreational games, in a way that keeps pace with the aspirations of the members and enhances their chances of participation in various tournaments.
She pointed out that 12 male and female players have joined the “Top Golf” program for the second season, under the supervision of an elite group of coaches and experts, in preparation for the upcoming benefits, in addition to organizing some sporting activities in open areas and beaches to enhance the players’ readiness in various sporting environments.
