المملكة: Launching a digital project to evaluate judicial grievance procedures at the Board of Grievances

The Board of Grievances, represented by the Digital Judicial Operations Center, today launched an electronic survey to evaluate and develop the mechanism for “requesting a grievance against non-delivery of a judgment” via the “Maeen” platform, with the aim of improving the litigation experience and accelerating completion.

The Board revealed that this project represents the center’s second initiative, aiming to monitor subscribers’ views regarding the services available to measure the level of satisfaction of the direct beneficiaries.

He explained that the survey focuses on detecting Technical challenges that auditors may face during use, to ensure that they are addressed according to performance indicators and accurate periodic measurements.

He indicated that this step comes within a strategic direction to modernize judicial procedures, and to receive proposals aimed at raising the efficiency of digital platforms and facilitating the beneficiary’s journey.
