Israel strikes the largest petrochemical facility in Iran

Israeli Defense Minister Yisrael Katz said on Monday that Israel targeted the Iranian South Pars petrochemical complex in the Asalouyeh region.
Israel Katz made this statement after Iran announced that the complex had been attacked.
Katz added that Israel “carried out a strong strike on the largest petrochemical facility in Iran, located in the Asalouyeh region, which is a central target responsible for about 50% of the country’s petrochemical production.”
