المملكة: Jazan.. Mujahideen patrols arrest a violator of the border security system
The patrols of the General Administration of the Mujahideen in the Jazan region arrested a resident of Yemeni nationality to transport him in a vehicle driven by (3) violators of the border security system of the same nationality. They were stopped and taken Regular procedures against them, referring violators to the competent authority, and then transferring them to the Public Prosecution.
Continuous follow-up to arrest violators
The official spokesman for the General Administration of the Mujahideen confirmed that everyone who facilitates the entry of violators Border Security System to the Kingdom, or transporting them within it, or providing them with shelter, or providing them with any assistance or service in any form, exposes oneself to penalties of up to (15) years in prison, a fine of up to one million riyals, and confiscation of the means of transportation and housing used for shelter, in addition to defaming him.
He explained that this crime is considered a major crime requiring arrest, and a violation of honor and trust, urging the reporting of violators of Residence regulations, work, and border security on the number (911) in the regions of Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Medina, Riyadh, and Al-Sharqiyah, and (999) and (996) in the rest of the regions of the Kingdom, and all reports will be treated with complete confidentiality without any responsibility on the part of the reporter.
