Emirates Airlines announces the operation of a limited flight schedule

Emirates Airlines announced that it is operating a limited flight schedule, after partially reopening regional airspace, stressing that it will continue to monitor the situation and adjust its flight schedule accordingly.
It confirmed in a notice published on its website that the safety of its passengers and crew is its top priority and it will not give up on it.
It called on travelers to follow up on the status of their flights even after completing registration procedures, and to view operational updates via its website, noting the need for travelers to update their data to receive notifications, and to check e-mail for any flight changes or cancellations before heading to the airport.
She noted that if travel plans are affected, she will make every effort to rebook the closest available Emirates flight, which applies to most affected tickets, including transit flights to destinations other than Dubai.
She said that travelers who have flight reservations between February 28 and May 31 have two options, either to rebook on an alternative flight to the same destination or to another destination in the same region, no later than June 15, by communicating with the method through which they made the reservation, whether through the company directly, or through a travel agent.
She added that the second option is to submit a refund request for the ticket value, by filling out the refund form if the reservation was made directly through Emirates Airlines, or contacting the travel agent through which the reservation was made, calling for the rebooking process to be completed first before requesting a refund, as any unused flights within the same itinerary will be automatically canceled and their value refunded.
It indicated that it granted passengers who book their flights starting April 2 one free change for all classes, noting that the changes must be made within the validity period of the ticket, and price difference fees may apply.
