Head of the Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management Team for the Emirate of Abu Dhabi visits those affected by the Iranian attacks

Commander-in-Chief of Abu Dhabi Police and Head of the Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management Team for the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, Ahmed Saif bin Zaytoun Al Muhairi, embodied the emirate’s approach in continuous field follow-up of the reality of the health response, with a visit to those affected by the Iranian attacks, accompanied by His Excellency Matar Saeed Al Nuaimi, Director General of the Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management Center for the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, His Excellency Dr. Rashid Al Suwaidi, Director General of the Abu Dhabi Center for Public Health, and Dr. Marwan Al Kaabi, CEO of the City of Abu Dhabi. Shakhbout Medical, and a number of government officials, in order to directly determine the efficiency of the treatment plans and ensure the highest levels of integrated care are provided to them.
During its tour, the delegation was keen to interact directly with the injured and their families and listen to their evaluation of the medical services, stressing that the safety of society is the highest goal of the crisis management strategy in the emirate, and the first pillar of policies and procedures regardless of the acceleration of regional developments.

He pointed out that the efficiency of the medical response demonstrates the strength of the infrastructure and the proactive plans adopted by Abu Dhabi, expressing his confidence in the rehabilitation paths followed and the advanced standards provided by Shakhbout Medical City to ensure an integrated recovery journey. He also praised the professionalism of the medical and administrative staff and their commitment to their humanitarian mission, stressing that these competencies are the true guarantee for the protection of society and that empowering them lies at the heart of the concerns of the emergency, crisis and disaster management system.
The delegation concluded its visit by emphasizing that field harmony between the various sectors is the guarantee for establishing a flexible response capable of containing challenges efficiently and competently, noting that the Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management Center for the Emirate of Abu Dhabi continues to carefully monitor recovery indicators to ensure the sustainability of the quality of life, and to provide all capabilities that support the safety of the injured until they fully recover.
