Abdulaziz bin Humaid reviews the work progress of the Appraisal and Reconciliation Committee in Ajman

Ajman, April 14 / WAM / Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, reviewed the progress of the work of the Valuation and Reconciliation Committee, while chairing its periodic meeting, stressing the need to adhere to credibility in making evaluation and real estate pricing decisions, in a way that ensures the preservation of the rights of owners and dealers in the emirate.
He stressed the importance of adopting amicable settlement mechanisms as an effective option that contributes to reducing judicial disputes and accelerating the resolution of disputes.
He praised the efforts of the committee members in addressing real estate complaints and bringing the viewpoints of the parties closer together, in order to achieve fair, consensual solutions, calling for continued work to improve the quality of services provided to real estate owners.
Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi praised the project to automate the real estate evaluation service, and its role in accelerating the completion of transactions, reducing human errors, and increasing the accuracy of estimates, which reflects positively on customer satisfaction and supports decision-making by the concerned authorities.
For his part, Hamad Ghanem Al Shamsi, Chairman of the Valuation and Reconciliation Committee, appreciated the interest of Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi and his continuous follow-up of the work of the committee, and his support for raising the efficiency of the real estate evaluation system and enhancing the accuracy of market indicators, which contributes to consolidating transparency and developing regulatory procedures.
