He pointed out that what distinguishes copper pots is their ability to conduct heat and distribute it evenly, which made it ideal for cooking, drawing attention to the fact that with industrial development and the introduction of modern cooking tools, the use of copper pots in homes declined, and today they have turned into heritage pieces that are displayed in museums and popular councils, and have become a witness to a time era that shaped the features of life in Qassim.
It is noteworthy that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia pays great attention. By preserving cultural heritage, by supporting traditional crafts, establishing museums, and documenting elements of intangible heritage, within the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, which seeks to enhance national identity and highlight cultural diversity in various regions of the Kingdom.
