Violators can be reported on the number (911) in the regions of Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Medina, Riyadh, and Al-Sharqiyah, and (999) and (996) in the rest of the regions of the Kingdom.
He stressed that all reports will be treated with complete confidentiality, without any responsibility on the part of the whistleblower.
