Dubai Press Club launches in cooperation with "Dubai Culture" The third phase of the program "Dubai content creators"

Dubai, May 13 / WAM / The Dubai Press Club, in cooperation with the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority “Dubai Culture”, launched the third phase of the “Dubai Content Creators Programme”, to develop cultural and creative content that reflects Dubai’s identity, values ​​and vibrant cultural scene, as a continuation of the programme’s ongoing efforts to nurture young media talents and enhance the capabilities of content makers, by providing them with practical tools and advanced techniques in digital narration and creative production skills, in keeping with best practices.

The Dubai Press Club revealed that registration is open via the link: dpc.org.ae, starting today, to allow the opportunity to join the program aimed at supporting the creative system in Dubai, enhancing the role of qualitative content in highlighting the city’s cultural identity, and consolidating its position as a regional and global center for media and creative talents. The program content will be presented in partnership and cooperation with a group of the most important global digital platforms and an elite group of experts and specialists.

On this occasion, Her Excellency Mona Ghanem Al Marri, Vice President and Managing Director of the Dubai Media Council and President of the Dubai Press Club, appreciated the pivotal role of the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority in sponsoring, supporting and encouraging various cultural and creative activities and initiatives in the emirate. She expressed her pride in the continuous cooperation and fruitful partnership with Dubai Culture, stressing her aspiration to expand the horizons of this cooperation towards more contributions that serve the cultural sector in Dubai and the UAE in general.

Her Excellency said: “Dubai Content Creators” represents an important platform for discovering and developing talents capable of providing content that reflects Dubai’s identity and its renewed stories. Through the program, we seek, in cooperation with “Dubai Culture,” to empower a new generation of content makers with the tools and skills that help them produce qualitative, influential, and responsible cultural content that keeps pace with Dubai’s aspirations, enhances its creative presence, and contributes to enriching its cultural scene.

Her Excellency Hala Badri, Director General of the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, stressed the authority’s keenness to nurture talented people and motivate them to express their ideas and perceptions and transform them into quality projects that enrich the local cultural system. She pointed out that the “Dubai Content Creators” program represents an important step in the field of developing the capabilities of creative talents, and enabling them to produce inspiring narratives that document Dubai’s journey, history, heritage and achievements.

She said: The importance of the program lies in its ability to provide opportunities to produce authentic content that reflects the specificity of our local culture and expresses our customs, traditions and cultural heritage, in addition to its contribution to preparing and qualifying a new generation of content makers, creators and influencers, and enabling them to transform Dubai’s inspiring cultural and creative stories into influential digital content, capable of expressing the essence of the emirate, and enhancing the public’s connection to its renewed cultural scene.

Her Excellency pointed out that Dubai Culture’s cooperation with the Dubai Press Club in the program embodies the authority’s commitment to supporting cultural and creative industries, and encouraging the production of content that reflects the diversity of the creative scene in Dubai, and highlights its stories, community, and inspiring spirit. It is also consistent with its sectoral responsibilities and priorities aimed at providing a sustainable environment that incubates talents, and consolidating the emirate’s position as a global center for culture, an incubator for creativity, and a forum for talents.

The program, which combines applied workshops, practical training and specialized sessions, will be held over a period of two weeks, specifically during the period from 08 to 19 June 2026, with a total of 40 training hours, and will address a wide range of topics related to digital media, visual narration, uses of social media platforms, and content development.

Maryam Al Mulla, Director of the Dubai Press Club, expressed the club’s pride in cooperating with the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority in implementing the third edition of the “Dubai Content Creators” program and her appreciation for the pivotal role played by the authority in expanding the horizons of the cultural scene and enriching it through qualitative initiatives and projects. She pointed out that this cooperation will allow participants to explore the basics of content creation with artificial intelligence, while enhancing their creative and professional capabilities through interactive educational experiences and practical training on producing creative and cultural content that contributes to presenting the cultural product. It is noteworthy that this phase of the “Dubai Content Creators Programme” comes as a continuation of the success achieved by the previous two phases, during which specialized topics were addressed that touched vital sectors of society. The first phase of the program focused on “economic content” in cooperation with the Ministry of Economy, while the focus in the second phase was on scientific health content, in cooperation with “Dubai Health”.
