Organize Ministry of Hajj and Umrahin cooperation with The Council of Senior Scholars, tomorrow, Wednesday, in the city of Jeddah, the fiftieth edition of the Grand Hajj Symposium, under the title "The symposium is an effective platform in serving Guests of God.. Half a century of knowledge enrichment"With the participation of an elite group of Excellencies, scholars, thinkers, researchers and specialists from various countries of the Islamic world.
The symposium comes within the ongoing efforts to develop the Hajj system and improve the services provided to the guests of God, by enhancing the scientific and cognitive aspects accompanying the Hajj season, in addition to supporting the integration between the legal, regulatory and service dimensions.
The fiftieth session seeks to highlight the transformations that the Hajj system has witnessed over the past decades, through four main tracks that include services. Guests of the Most Gracious, rooting and awareness, knowledge and scientific research, in addition to historical memory, which reflects the development of the symposium since its launch in 1397 AH corresponding to 1977 AD, and its role in discussing issues related to Hajj at the legal, organizational and service levels.
Developing services for pilgrims
The symposium sessions and its topics address a number of topics related to developing services for pilgrims, including the Kingdom’s efforts to improve the Hajj system, and the role of jurisprudence. The program also includes specialized scientific sessions and keynote speeches, in addition to meetings that bring together heads of Hajj affairs offices and international Hajj companies, while the workshops focus on developing coordination and awareness-raising communication mechanisms, and reviewing digital transformations in the management of grouping and movement within the holy sites, in addition to discussing the role of health and regulatory systems in enhancing safety. And flow during the season.
Distribution of gifts and sacrifices
The symposium also reviews a number of modern operational models related to serving the guests of God, including raising the efficiency of the distribution of gifts and sacrifices and enhancing integration between the concerned parties, within a trend aimed at developing institutional performance and raising the quality of services provided to pilgrims.
