India postpones an African summit due to the outbreak of the Ebola virus in the Democratic Republic of the Congo

On Thursday, Delhi International Airport issued health guidelines for travelers arriving in India from the Democratic Republic of Congo, as well as from neighboring Uganda and South Sudan.
