Ajman Chamber draws a map for employing artificial intelligence in its services

Ajman, May 24 / WAM / The Ajman Chamber organized the “Artificial Intelligence and its Role in Developing Services – Agentic AI” forum, in confirmation of its strategic direction to keep pace with the objectives of the Ajman Artificial Intelligence Program in the Ajman Government, which aims to employ artificial intelligence techniques in developing government services and raising the efficiency of institutional performance, within the objectives of the Ajman 2030 Vision “Ajman for the People”.

The forum, which was held yesterday at the Fairmont Ajman Hotel, was attended by His Excellency Salem Al Suwaidi, Director General of the Chamber, Mohammed Ali Al Janahi, Executive Director of the Member Support Services Sector, Ali Rashid Al Kaitoub, Executive Director of the Studies and Investment Development Sector, and department directors and Chamber employees.

His Excellency Salem Al Suwaidi stressed the importance of the forum and the specialized discussion sessions it includes that highlight the employment of “artificial intelligence agents” in raising the efficiency of operations, enhancing the quality of services, and increasing productivity levels, in addition to empowering human resources and supporting institutional decision-making, in a way that contributes to facilitating monitoring and analysis processes and providing proactive recommendations.

He explained that the forum is in line with the vision and objectives of the Ajman Chamber, which aims to employ artificial intelligence technologies as a tool to empower humans and enhance their efficiency. It is also consistent with the directions of the Ajman government, which places humans at the top of its priorities. He pointed out that the chamber seeks, through this approach, to develop smart and innovative services that are more efficient and flexible that meet the aspirations of the business community in the emirate and support the competitiveness of the business environment and the sustainability of its growth.

For his part, Faisal Ismail Al-Khouri, Director of the Strategy and Future Department at the Chamber, reviewed the concept of the “Artificial Intelligence Agent” and its role in automating services, monitoring performance, analyzing data and improving task flow, which contributes to raising work efficiency and increasing employee productivity.

Al-Khoury explained the mechanisms for preparing and developing artificial intelligence agents, and ways to determine the appropriate tasks and specializations to implement them efficiently and effectively in accordance with the requirements of institutional work.

The forum included interactive sessions with the participation of the Chamber’s departments, which discussed practical opportunities for applications of artificial intelligence and “smart agents,” and their role in enhancing the quality of services and developing daily operations within the work environment, which contributes to raising performance efficiency and accelerating business completion.

The sessions resulted in the possibility of linking more than 30 initiatives with “artificial intelligence agents” technologies to support the ease of doing business and developing and attracting investments, including the areas of member service, enhancing the investment environment, and raising the efficiency of internal institutional work, within an integrated technical system based on the advanced digital infrastructure that the chamber currently possesses, which contributes to improving the quality of services and raising efficiency.
