The Ministry explained that the system receives approximately 30 thousand reports via the platform. She stressed that the follow-up system depends on the integration of operating rooms, field teams, and digital monitoring systems, ensuring the continuity of municipal services and raising the efficiency of the response during the Hajj season.

The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing had announced, as part of its operational plans for the Hajj season 1447 AH, the operation of more than 66 field service centers, in addition to implementing and equipping 20 pedestrian bridges and 18 tunnels, preparing more than 62 pedestrian and vehicle tunnels, and operating more than 330,000 lighting units and 150,000 lighting poles in Mecca and the Holy Sites, in a way that enhances movement efficiency and raises levels of safety and services. It also intensified health and food safety control work through more than 2,800 monitoring visits per day and 5 advanced laboratories with an operational capacity of up to 1,300 samples per day, in addition to the readiness of the system of shelter centers in the Holy Sites with a capacity of up to 45,000 pilgrims as part of emergency and field response plans during the season.
