At least 10 female students were killed in a fire in Kenya

A fire broke out today in the Nakuru area in central Kenya claimed the lives of at least 10 students.

The regional police commander, Samuel Ndani, explained that emergency rescue teams were combing the Otomishi Girls’ Academy residence, as the fire broke out ‌around one o’clock in the morning (22:00 GMT), noting that firefighters and police were deployed ‌at the place to fight the fire and evacuate the other students.
