He indicated that the logistical action plan depends on two main paths to control
The slaughtering process is streamlined, with separate tracks allocated to serve the elderly and People with disabilities, and another for electronic reservations.
Dr. Al-Musallam pointed out that the process of receiving and sorting the carcasses takes place according to the designated paths, to be entered in the form of numbered groups that ensure the regular flow of work inside the slaughter halls.
He stressed that the sacrifices are subject to careful veterinary supervision in two stages, starting with a virtual examination before slaughter to ensure that they are free of any diseases or visible external symptoms.
He added that the second stage includes A second veterinary examination after the completion of the legal slaughter and skinning, to ensure the safety of the organs and to exclude any parasitic infections or internal diseases such as infection.
He pointed out that the work cycle since the delivery of The sacrificeand until it is received does not exceed 10 minutes in normal times, while the time ranges between 10 to 20 minutes maximum during peak and crowded hours.
He concluded his statement by stating that the sacrifices undergo an organized cutting process and are packed in special sanitary bags, in preparation for their delivery to the beneficiaries after complete verification of their cleanliness and safety.
