Announcing the results of the Mohammed bin Ham Award for Specialized Volunteering in its second session, 2026

Al Ain, June 22 / WAM / The organizing committee of the “Mohammed Bin Ham Specialized Volunteer Award” announced the results of the second session for the year 2026, which witnessed 112 entries within the official award categories.
In the category of legal personality, Sheikha Dr. Shamma bint Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan Cultural and Educational Institutions, won. In the category of institutions and agencies/volunteer teams, the following won: Wajib Volunteer Society in Al Ain, the Ajman Volunteer Team in Ajman, and the Friends of the Environment Society in Al Ain. In the category of institutions and government agencies/agencies, the Ministry of Education won. In the category of educational institutions and entities/institutions, the following winners were: Kalba Kindergarten in Sharjah, Hemaya Girls School – affiliated with Dubai Police in Dubai, and Applied Technology Schools – Fujairah Boys in Fujairah.
As part of the special honor on the occasion of the Year of the Family, mother Fatima Abdullah Jumaa was honoured. In the volunteer leader category, the following won: Dr. Manal Rafiq Saeed Jarour, Dr. Aisha Hassan Mohammed Ahmed Al Yamahi. In the volunteer employer manager category, Aisha Saeed Al Humaidi Al Ghafli won in Al Ain, and Halima Hassan Mohammed Al Mamari in Al Ain. In the volunteer doctor category, Dr. Muhammad Matar Obaid Al Muhairi. In the volunteer university professor category, Professor Badriya Nasser Abdullah Khamis Al Junaibi won in Al Ain. In the volunteer teacher category, the following winners were: Raeda Faisal Shafiq Saleh in Abu Dhabi, Mohammed Al-Sayed Abdul Wahab Tarbai in Al Ain, and Dr. Rehab Mohammed Al Shafi’i in Abu Dhabi. In the volunteer/educational employee category, the following winners were: Maryam Abdul Rahman Jassim Al Hammadi in Sharjah, Hala Mohammed Mohammed Ahmed in Al Ain, and Dr. Khaled Al-Sayed Hassanein Muhammad Sherbas in Al-Ain.
In the volunteer/government employee category, the winners were: Maryam Hassan Mohammed Al-Maamari / Al Ain, Maryam Hussein Ali Hussein Al-Loughani / Sharjah, Aziza Faraj Ardh Al-Sayari / Abu Dhabi, Ruqayya Ali Yousef bin Mahmoud Al-Darmaki / Sharjah, Badriya Mohammed Abdullah Al-Shehiari / Fujairah, and Mona Ali Mohammed Al-Loughani / Sharjah.
In the volunteer/private employee category, the following winners were: Dr. Aisha Ali Ahmed Al-Ghais Al-Zaabi in Dubai, Badriya Ali Muhammad Matar Al-Shehhi in Ajman, and Amal Dawoud Hassan Al-Nahwi in Dubai.
The organizing committee stressed that the award represents a national platform to celebrate specialized giving and highlight models that have harnessed their expertise and skills to serve society, in a way that enhances the values of social responsibility and motivates individuals and institutions to adopt volunteer initiatives that have a sustainable impact.
