Dubai, June 25 / WAM / The Mohammed bin Rashid Establishment for Small and Medium Enterprises Development, one of the institutions of the Department of Economy and Tourism in Dubai, announced today the signing of a memorandum of understanding with the Hyatt Hotel Group in Dubai, in an important step that enhances cooperation between the organization and one of the most prominent leading brands in the hospitality and hotel management sector in the city.

This strategic cooperation reflects a joint commitment to supporting the growth and development of small and medium-sized companies in Dubai, in line with the emirate’s vision to stimulate levels of innovation, entrepreneurship and sustainable economic diversification, as well as contributing to achieving the goals of the Dubai Economic Agenda D33, which aims to consolidate the city’s position as a leading global center for business and entertainment.

Under the memorandum, the Foundation will cooperate with the Hyatt Hotels Group in Dubai, with the aim of providing distinctive opportunities to the Foundation’s members in the areas of procurement, innovation and business development.

Those who qualify will have the opportunity to join the lists of approved suppliers for hotels that carry the Hyatt Hotels Group’s brands in the emirate, allowing them to contribute to hotel operations and improve their market readiness and competitiveness in the long term.

The importance of this partnership goes beyond achieving integration in the supply system, as the group provides them with access to retail stores and spaces designated for holding activities and events within the participating hotels, in addition to providing preferential commercial terms that include discounted prices on accommodation for members of the organization, and also encouraging participation in community events and initiatives to enhance commercial presence.
