المملكة: The Minister of Interior discusses by phone with his Syrian counterpart the strengthening of security cooperation
His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, made a phone call today with the Syrian Minister of Interior .
During the call, bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries were reviewed, and ways to enhance cooperation were discussed. between the two Ministries of Interior, in addition to discussing a number of issues of common interest.
Developments in the security situation in Syria
The call also dealt with developments in the security situation in Syria, most notably the terrorist bombing that the city of Damascus recently witnessed.
His Highness the Minister of Interior affirmed the Kingdom’s strong condemnation and denunciation of this bombing, and its full solidarity with the Syrian Arab Republic in the face of all forms of violence, extremism and terrorism, Stressing the Kingdom’s firm position in supporting Syria’s security and stability.
