The US military bombs Iran

The US Army announced that its forces began carrying out additional strikes against Iran.

Central Command said in a statement posted on Facebook: Based on the directives of the Commander-in-Chief, US Central Command forces began launching additional strikes against Iran. This is with the aim of further undermining its ability to threaten freedom of navigation in the Strait of Hormuz.

The United States holds Iran responsible for the recent and unjustified acts of aggression that targeted commercial shipping traffic and civilian crews sailing freely in a vital international waterway.
