The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior honors the teams organizing the legal and functional capacity development project
ABU DHABI, 9 JULY / WAM / His Excellency Major General Khalifa Hareb Al Khaili, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, witnessed a ceremony honoring the teams organizing the project to develop the legal and functional capabilities of workers in penal and correctional institutions, in the presence of His Excellency Brigadier General Dr. Rashid Ali Al Nuaimi, Director General of the Police Judiciary, and a number of senior officers and officials, in appreciation of their distinguished efforts in implementing a qualitative project that reflects the Ministry’s directions in optimal investment of human capital, capacity development, and improving the efficiency of institutional performance.
In his speech during the ceremony, His Excellency Brigadier General Dr. Rashid Ali Al Nuaimi stressed that the project represents one of the strategic initiatives that support institutional work, and reflects the Ministry of Interior’s approach to empowering and qualifying national cadres, as it is the basic foundation for achieving institutional excellence, enhancing the quality of performance, and supporting the process of sustainable development.
He pointed out that the Ministry places human capital development at the top of its strategic priorities, based on its belief that institutional leadership is based on cadres who possess legal and functional knowledge, keep pace with changes, and perform their tasks efficiently and professionally in accordance with the best professional practices.
The Legal and Employment Capacity Development Project is one of the qualitative initiatives that contribute to strengthening the legal culture, raising the efficiency of workers in penal and correctional institutions, and consolidating the best institutional practices, in a way that supports the objectives of the Ministry of Interior and keeps pace with its future aspirations in building a more efficient and sustainable work system.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, His Excellency the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior honored the teams organizing the project, in appreciation of their contributions to its success, and the results they achieved that reflect the integration of efforts and the spirit of one team, and contribute to supporting the Ministry’s objectives in building capabilities and enhancing the efficiency of institutional performance.
