Abdullah bin Zayed discusses regional developments by telephone with the Moroccan Foreign Minister
ABU DHABI, 12 JULY / WAM / His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, discussed during a phone call with His Excellency Nasser Bourita, Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans Residing Abroad in the sisterly Kingdom of Morocco, the overall current developments in the region and their repercussions on regional and international security and stability.
The two sides also discussed the established fraternal relations between the UAE and the Kingdom of Morocco, and ways to enhance the prospects for bilateral cooperation in a way that achieves common interests and brings growth and prosperity to the two countries and their people.
During the phone call with His Excellency Nasser Bourita, His Highness praised the distinguished results and honorable level of the Moroccan football team during its participation in the 2026 World Cup, currently being held in the United States of America, Mexico and Canada.
