Launch Saudi Forum for Media, Fourth Edition, initiative "Media Ambassadors"In the presence of the President of the Saudi Media Forum Mohammed bin Fahd Al Harithi, with the participation of 33 male and female ambassadors representing 16 Saudi universities.
This comes within the forum’s efforts aimed at attracting and qualifying young national talents, enabling them to contribute to creating the future of media, and enhancing the Kingdom’s presence in the regional and international media scene.
The initiative, in its fourth edition, witnessed the largest expansion since its launch, after 33 male and female ambassadors were selected from among more than 1,500 male and female applicants from various regions of the Kingdom, bringing the total number of beneficiaries of the initiative since its launch to 79 male and female ambassadors, in a step that reflects the growing demand for the initiative and the widening of its impact in discovering and qualifying young media talents.

Investing in national competencies

The head of the Saudi Media Forum, Mohammed bin Fahd Al-Harithi, confirmed that the initiative "Media ambassadors" It represents one of the strategic projects that the Forum continues to develop, based on its belief that investing in national competencies is the basic foundation for building a Saudi media capable of keeping pace with global changes and shaping the future of the sector.
He said: "We are proud of the growing impact the Media Ambassadors Initiative has achieved since its launch, and the promising national models it has produced that have proven their presence and excellence in various media fields. We believe that investing in national competencies is the real investment in the future of media. Therefore, we continue to develop the initiative to be a platform for creating young media leaders and enabling them to contribute effectively in conveying the Kingdom’s story to the world."

The fourth edition comes with a more comprehensive vision, by expanding the scope of participation for students from various academic disciplines, based on the forum’s conviction that the media industry depends on the diversity of experiences and integration of skills, which contributes to preparing national cadres capable of keeping pace with the rapid transformations in the media sector.
The initiative provides participants with an integrated training and qualification program that combines theoretical and applied aspects, and includes specialized workshops and experiences. field, and opportunities to interact with an elite group of leaders and experts in the media sector, in a way that enhances their professional skills, expands their network of relationships, and increases their readiness to engage in the media labor market.
