Abdulaziz bin Humaid: We are keen to build a sustainable real estate market in Ajman based on innovation

Ajman, July 16 / WAM / Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, reviewed the updated version of the “Aqari” system, which the department launched according to innovative technical standards in order to develop and improve the real estate establishments management system and improve the performance of owners’ committees.
Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi said, during a meeting at the department, that the “Aqari” system is an integrated digital project that supports the vision of the wise leadership towards building a sustainable real estate market based on technology and innovation and contributes to enhancing the quality of life in real estate projects and residential complexes and consolidating Ajman’s position as a modern city that provides all means of luxury and comfort to the population, in proportion to the needs and aspirations of the various segments of society.
Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi listened to an explanation about the technical characteristics of the “Aqari” system and its role in strengthening the digital system and facilitating the department’s regulatory tasks, through direct access to the performance of management companies and determining the extent of compliance with regulations for jointly owned properties and following them up to date, as well as monitoring the financial performance of real estate projects in the Emirate of Ajman.
The head of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation appreciated the efforts of the work team that resulted in the development of this qualitative project, which contributes to organizing the work of residential complex management companies and following up on the progress of real estate projects in innovative and unconventional ways that ensure speed and efficiency in performance by relying on modern work methods and modern services characterized by high quality and efficiency.
The meeting was attended by Sheikh Humaid bin Abdulaziz Al Nuaimi, His Excellency Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department, Engineer Saeed Al Matrooshi, Director of the Real Estate Projects Department, and Hareb Al Muhairi, Director of the Owners Associations Affairs Department in the Department.
