44.9 million dirhams net profits "Izzy is not"During the first half

ABU DHABI, 24 JULY / WAM / “Easy Lease”, listed on the Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange and affiliated with the International Holding Company, today announced its financial results for the first half of the current year, achieving a 38.2% year-on-year increase in net profits to reach 44.9 million dirhams, and a 14.8% growth in revenues to reach 398.4 million dirhams.

Total profit increased by 28.2% year-on-year to 112.4 million dirhams, while operating profits grew by 33.8% to reach 58 million dirhams, which reflects improved operational performance and initial contributions to passenger transportation operations associated with Etihad trains.

Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization also increased by 38.9% year-on-year to reach 115.4 million dirhams, supported by higher asset utilization rates, continued fleet expansion, and improved operational efficiency in the group’s various businesses.

Ahmed Al-Sada, CEO of EasyLease, said that the performance during the first half reflects the strength of EasyLease as an integrated platform that combines mobility solutions, logistics services, technology and support services.

During the first half, the company launched “United Trans” passenger transportation services for the first and last mile, in support of the national Union Rail network.

The project included operating a fleet specially designed for the network, which is integrated with train schedules through advanced communication and telemetry technologies, providing seamless connections between the main destinations in Abu Dhabi and the train station in Mohammed bin Zayed City.

The group’s total fleet exceeded 50,000 transportation vehicles and assets during the first half of the year, which contributed to meeting demand through the group’s mobility and logistics activities, while maintaining strong usage rates.

The Logistics Services Business Unit strengthened its integrated solutions by expanding the areas of warehousing, increasing the capacity of operational yards, and land transportation services, which helped meet the increasing demand from customers and improve profitability.
