For 1000 dirhams.. Reducing the minimum investment in coded real estate in Dubai

The Pribco Mint platform reduced the minimum investment through its tokenized real estate trading platform in Dubai from 2,000 dirhams to 1,000 dirhams, with the aim of expanding the investor base and facilitating access to investment in digital real estate assets.
The platform confirmed that reducing the minimum investment makes owning real estate tokens easier, and gives investors greater flexibility in building their investment portfolios.
She stated, in a message addressed to her clients, that the platform allows investment in fully financed real estate that has the potential to generate income and capital returns, as well as the possibility of buying and selling real estate tokens through the market, without mandatory investment retention periods.
She explained that investors can diversify their investment portfolios by distributing their investments across several properties within Dubai, thus enhancing risk management and benefiting from the performance of more than one real estate asset.
10 properties are color-coded
Since the launch of the real estate tokenization project on May 26 of last year, the Dubai Land Department, in cooperation with the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA), the Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates, and the Dubai Future Foundation, has offered 10 tokenized properties via the “Prepco Mint” platform, with a total value of 18.51 million dirhams, and they were sold in record times, with the participation of more than 2,000 investors.
The real estate coding project, launched by Dubai, is the first of its kind in the world to completely encode real estate ownership, and it is also the first project to issue actual ownership documents to holders of real estate tokens (Tokens), within an approved legal and regulatory system.
