The Pope of the Vatican calls for dialogue as a path to peace in the Middle East
Renew Pope Leo XIV Middle East through dialogue and diplomacy to reach Peace.
He said: I follow with concern the continuation and worsening of violence in the Holy Land, which has recently claimed the lives of many civilian victims in the West Bank and Gaza.
He added: I issue a fervent call for a return to negotiations aimed at achieving a fair political solution, based on the dignity and rights of every human being.
He continued: "I renew my appeal regarding the situation in the Middle East, where the intensification of military operations has generated violence and destruction, endangered the lives of many civilians, and caused shortages of drinking water and electricity. From the bottom of my heart I appeal to all parties concerned to stop the attacks and open spaces for dialogue and diplomacy in order to reach as quickly as possible the peace that the region longs for.
