Terminating the appointment as Managing Director of “Motawfa” and continuing as a member of the Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of the Saudi Advanced Industries Company decided to terminate the appointment of Dr. Abdullah Sulaiman Al-Jarish as Managing Director, while continuing as a non-executive Board Member.
The company had announced on the Saudi Tadawul website on September 24, 2024, the Board of Directors’ decision issued on September 23, 2024, appointing Khalid bin Saeed Abu Khadra as CEO of the Saudi Advanced Industries Company.
The Saudi Advanced Industries Company announced on the Tadawul website on January 19, 2023, the Board of Directors’ decision issued on January 18, 2023, appointing Dr. Abdullah bin Sulaiman Al-Jarish as Managing Director of the Saudi Advanced Industries Company.
Accordingly, the Saudi Advanced Industries Company (Advanced) announces the decision of the Board of Directors issued on 02 Jumada Al-Thani 1446 AH, corresponding to 03 December 2024 AD, to terminate the assignment of Dr. Abdullah bin Sulaiman Al-Jarish as a Managing Director, while continuing as a non-executive Board Member.
