Trades amounted to 174.5 billion pounds.. The Egyptian Stock Exchange closes higher

Egyptian stock market indices recorded collective increases at the close of today’s trading.
The market capitalization of shares of companies listed on the stock exchange reached 2.236 trillion pounds, after total trades amounting to 174.5 billion pounds.

EGX index

The main index of the stock market (EGX30) rose by 0.34% to record 30,628.74 points, and the index (EGX70) increased by 0.52% to reach the level of 8460.57 points.
The gains also extended to the broader EGX 100 index, which added about 0.30% to end its trading at 11,603.59 points.
