Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment signs a memorandum of understanding to enhance innovation and sustainability in housing projects

The Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding with Danube Real Estate Development Company, aiming to enhance cooperation in the areas of innovation and sustainability in the housing sector. The agreement was signed by Dilal Khalifa Al Falasi, Assistant Executive Director of the Institutional Support Sector at the Foundation, and Ridwan Sajan, Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Danube Group.
By signing the memorandum of understanding, the Foundation seeks to consolidate the partnership between the government and private sectors to support innovation efforts in housing projects, and to apply the latest technologies to develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of citizens and are in line with Dubai’s future vision.
