Many users of the “Absher” application were unable to access its electronic services today, as an alert message appeared stating that there was a technical problem, which stated: “Sorry, the service is not working currently. Please try again later or call technical support at 920020405. Please try again.” “.
This malfunction led to the disruption of usual user transactions, such as updating data and performing various government services provided by the application.
For its part, the authorities responsible for the application have not yet issued an official statement about the nature of the problem or the expected duration for fixing it. It encouraged users to contact technical support for inquiries or to try again later.
The Ministry of Interior always seeks to provide its electronic services to citizens and residents, through the “Absher” platform, with easy steps that save effort and time, in order to reinforce its concept of “Save your time” to complete all the services that the Ministry provides to individuals, or “businesses” to complete institutional transactions, within the system.
