The death toll from the Israeli aggression in Gaza rose to 44,875 martyrs and 106,454 wounded.

Palestinian medical sources announced today, Friday, that the death toll in the Gaza Strip had risen to 44,875, the majority of whom were children and women, since the start of the Israeli occupation aggression on October 7, 2023.
