The British economy contracted by 0.1% in October

London, December 14 / WAM / The British economy recorded a contraction of 0.1% during the month of October, for the second month in a row.
The British Office for National Statistics stated in a report yesterday, Friday, that the gross domestic product fell by 0.1% for the second month after recording a similar decline in September, contrary to analysts’ expectations that indicated a growth of 0.1%.
