المملكة: In 4 countries, the King Salman Center implements health projects and distributes food baskets

The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center implemented a voluntary medical project to install prosthetic limbs for Ukrainian refugees in the city of Jeszów in the Republic of Poland, which took place during the period from 8 to 15 December 2024 AD. Since the beginning of the campaign, the center’s medical team has installed prosthetic limbs for nine beneficiaries.
This comes within the framework of the volunteer medical projects provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through its humanitarian arm, the King Salman Relief Center. To help needy and affected peoples and countries around the world.

797 food baskets

The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center distributed 797 food baskets and 797 health bags in the city of Jenderes in the Syrian Aleppo Governorate.
4,782 individuals benefited from it, as part of the second phase of the project to distribute food aid and health bags to residents affected by the earthquake in northern Syria for the year 2024 AD.

Training 200 young men and women

Yesterday, the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center signed – via video call – a joint executive program with a civil society organization to train 200 young men and women from the displaced and the host community in Hadhramaut Governorate in eight craft professions and place them in the labor market to gain practical experience.
The agreement was signed by the Center’s Assistant General Supervisor for Operations and Programs, Ahmed bin Ali Al-Baiz.

1,009 purchase vouchers

Yesterday, the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center distributed 1,009 purchasing vouchers enabling the beneficiary to purchase winter clothing according to his choice from approved stores in the Western Bekaa and Zgharta regions in the Republic of Lebanon.
It benefited 1,009 orphans and people with special needs from Syrian refugees and the host community, as part of the third phase of the winter clothing distribution project in Lebanon (KNF-3) for the year 2024 AD.

This comes within the framework of relief and humanitarian projects provided by the Kingdom through its humanitarian arm, the King Salman Relief Centre. To confront the severe cold wave with the approaching winter, and to help the needy and affected people wherever they are.
